Their second novel, <i>People Collide</i>, was named a best book of 2023 by Vulture, NPR, Vogue and was a New York Times Critics' Pick. Their third novel, <i>Satellite</i>, will be published by Viking in 2027. Other writing appears in <i>The New York Times</i>, <i>The New York Times Magazine</i>, <i>The Guardian</i>, <i>The Cut</i>, <i>Vulture</i>, <i>GQ</i>, <i>Vogue</i>, <i>The Atlantic</i>, <i>Tin House</i>, and elsewhere. <br />​<br />Isle was named one of The Strand's 30 Writers to Watch.
